1.Why does the charger get hot when charging?
It is the normal for wireless charging. All of the coils will generate the heat while the current passes. Please don't worry, our multi-function system will protect your phone from over-temperature.

2.Why it cannot charge my phone when I place it on the charger stand?
a) Please confirm the phone supports Qi technology;
b) Please make sure the adapter is QC3.0or 9V/1A;
c) Make sure the case is thinner than 5mm and without any metal objects on it.
3.Why does it charge my phone slowly?
a) Make sure your phone supports wireless fast charging;
b) Make sure that the phone is placed right in the center of the pad;
c) QC 3.0 adapter is required.
