Transactional Analysis Treatment of Psychosis, Cathexis Reader

Cathexis Institute is an educational organization with emphasis on research and experimentation in the genesis and treatment of incapacitating psychiatric disturbances. Although this material was developed over several years, it was mostly written over a weekend. It is not the purpose to include comprehensive discussion of any of the issues presented, rather to present an outline of their ideas in a form sufficiently coherent to be useful to other participants. TA is the primary frame of reference, and the assumption is made that readers have some rudimentary exposure to its concepts. While the major focus is on the treatment of severe psychiatric disorders, it is also applicable to less severe problems.
