This book has grown out of the author's experiences in designing distributed networks and cooperative processing applications for major corporations and the author's instruction and course development background. This book is based on a 5 day seminar titled " SAA/LA 6.2 Distributed Networks and Applications" given by Galaxy Consultants, located in Los Gatos California, a company founded by the author, and well know in the computer industry as education specialist in IBM.
