Noise Control for Engineers

Written to fill the need for an introductory textbook on noise control, the material in this book has been divided into three parts. Part 1 presents the fundamental concepts of sound needed in noise control engineering. Part 2 presents the practical aspects of noise control and deals with the applications of concepts presented in Part 1 to field situations. Part 3 of this text is devoted to laboratory and field experiments.
