This is a customized version of a McGraw-Hill textbook that I wish would serve someone as it is going to waste in my possession. Though it was meant to be used for classes at UTSA (University of Texas at San Antonio), I am sure that the general knowledge inside of it as well as the version it is based on will be universally valuable.
