Middle Atmosphere: Changes and Electrodynamics (Advances in Space Research)

This publication contains 21 papers presented at two symposia during the thirty-first COSPAR Scientific Assembly held in Birmingham, UK, during 1996. Papers reflect the following symposia themes: permanent changes in the ionosphere and middle atmosphere; electrodynamics of the low and subauroral middle atmosphere. For the first time, this single volume assembles a comprehensive collection of papers dealing with the long-term trends of various parameters in the Earth's near space environment, including new and emerging areas of research.
