Mastering Human Relations, 4th Canadian Edition, is aimed at first year college students studying the field of Human Relations. In this 4th edition, the organization of the text has now been simplified and divided into two main parts. Part One, which comprises seven chapters in total, is entitled Personal Dimensions of Human Relations Mastery, and deals with matters pertaining to the individual and their impact on the communication process. Part Two, which covers the remaining four chapters, is entitled Social and Interpersonal Dimensions of Human Relations Mastery and focuses on person-to-person communications in terms of ego-state transactions.
