Filmed especially for Hoy día, the Voces de la calle video features approximately 25 speakers from various Spanish-speaking countries and from diverse backgrounds and professions who use Spanish in their community. Students can listen firsthand to the personal and professional experiences of journalists, students, artists, business owners, and others. Pre-, during-, and post-viewing activities are featured in the Voces de la calle section at the end of each chapter. The video script is also available for self-checking of the activities or to facilitate comprehension of the video content.
