Intimacy, Human and Divine

An exploration of the relationship between spirituality and sexuality. It is natural to long for human intimacy, to wish to know and be fully known by someone we love. Many of us also long for a more intimate relationship with God. This book sets out to help readers pursue both, to make the connection between humanity's longing for intimacy and God's desire for an intimate encounter with us. Our longing for the grace of intimacy is developed through imaginative contemplation of gospel passages in the Ignation tradition.
