Pepper Ann is very excited to hear that her old camp buddy Brenda is moving into her neighborhood. But when Brenda arrives, she is an uncool, pink, and perky geek! Pepper Ann soon learns that they have nothing in common anymore, and tries everything she can think of to get rid of her old best friend!
