Document Exercise Workbook to Accompany World History Volume II: Since 1500

From the Foreword: The genesis of this work has been twenty some years of classroom instruction. Throughout this time period my students have been my best teachers and this book is a reflection of what has been most successful with them. Many individuals helped to make these volumes possible. Nancy E. Crochiere, Clark Baxter, and especially Johanna Land at West Educational Publishing supported my ideas and efforts all along the way. No one could ask for a more supportive editor than Ms. Land, in particular, and I hope to work with her again on other projects for West.
