This book contains the Texas Penal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure, Rules of Evidence, Rules of Appellate Procedure, and selected provisions of the Texas Statutes and Codes that relate to motor vehicles, including provisions from the transportation, occupations, business and commerce, and family codes, plus statutes pertaining to railroad right of way and state highways. The laws are current through the 2011 Regular and First Called Sessions of the 82nd Legislature, and all rules are complete as received through July 1, 2011. Comments relating to the various rules, supplied to the court, are also included.
