Mosby's Comprehensive Review of Nursing for NCLEX-RN (CD-ROM)

This engaging, interactive study tool offers a thorough outline review of medical-surgical, pediatric, maternity/women's health, and mental health nursing to provide students with a refresher on key nursing content. Study is enhanced with links to full-color illustrations, audio heart and lung sounds, assessments and procedures in full-motion video, and descriptive animations. The content and test questions are also linked with an easy-to-use search function that allows users to move around chapters and between questions and content with ease. Version 2.0 contains more than 3,000 questions in NCLEX-RN format to provide students with an opportunity to test themselves on a broad range of content. The questions are coded by new client need subcategories to be consistent with April 1998 changes to the NCLEX-RN test plan. All questions include rationales for correct and incorrect answer options that are visible in review mode. In the test mode, users have a choice of taking a comprehensive exam or customized quizzes in specific content areas to meet their individual study needs.
