Fruit and Vegetable Production in Warm Climates

A companion volume to "Fruit and Vegetable Production in Africa", this is a study on production discussed within the framework of pan-tropical systems. It presents basic principles of production together with all the necessary practical techniques. The crops include many well-known tropical plants with coverage of more temperate and imported varieties which are grown in rapidly increasing numbers in upland and sub-tropical areas. A chapter on protected environments has also been added for its practical value to farmers and environmentalists.
