Tim Kipper (Picturemacs)

Tim was a silly man who thought that it was yummy to swallow clouds of dirty smoke - until a chimney starts to grow on his head. To begin with Tim could hide it by wearing a hat - but it kept growing. It is only when he goes to hospital to have it removed that he learns the error of his ways.
