The Honor of Peter Kramer

Peter Kramer, special envoy to the President of the United States, has just concluded an Arab-Israeli peace treaty. A few weeks before the official signing, Kramer's secret past is discovered, threatening to wreck not only the treaty, but the precarious balance of world peace.
