Written primarily for the student or professional who knows little of the documentation within the practice of international trade, this book covers documentation found in air freight, chartering, commercial documents, customs, dangerous cargo finance, insurance, road transport, shipping and so on. The author was a member of a special four-man subject specialist team brought together to evolve for HM Government a Foundation Course in Overseas Trade sponsored by the British Overseas Trade Board. Branch has also written "Economics of Shipping Practice and Management", "Elements of Export Practice", "Elements of Port Operation and Management" and "Dictionary of Commercial Terms and Abbreviations" among others.
