This study is designed for those developing, implementing or using executive information systems. It contains a great deal of practical information, including a number of case studies from organizations such as London Underground and British Airways. The contributors have considerable experience of information systems and their chapters are based upon this experience. The topics discussed include corporate policy, globalization, organizational issues, total quality, current trends and developing practices.
