TEACHERS DEVELOP TEACHERS RESEARCH: PAPERS ON CLASSROOM RESEARCH AND TEACHER DEVELOPMENT (Heinemann Books for Teachers)

These papers were presented at a conference which brought together teachers, researchers and educational advisers from 23 countries, to consider how research in the classroom can lead both to more effective student learning and to teachers' professional development. The principal speakers were David Nunan (Macquarie University, Australia), Brigit Somekh (a specialist in classroom research at the University of East Anglia), and Mel Myers (an educational psychologist at Birmingham University).
