Xaviera's Supersex

The 1970s produced quite a mob of sex or love guides. However, Xaviera Hollander's Supersex is unique and simply the best ever written. All of the other guides are concerned--either overtly or covertly--with rules and limits. By contrast, hers includes marvelous how-to sections on such taboo subjects as heterosexual anal sex, light bondage and sex in public or semi-public places. Further, the illustrations are excellent. In 1998, the book reminds me of how much "feminism", the "Moral Majority" and AIDS have really cost us in past twenty years, men and women alike. In conclusion, this is a practical guide, not for the faint-hearted or self-righteous.
