Based on the internationally acclaimed best-seller The LeadershipChallenge by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner, The Leadership ChallengeValues Cards are an excellent tool for learning and conceptualizingthe importance of values clarification, as put forth in Kouzes andPosner's classic book. Activities using these cards areincorporated into The Leadership Challenge WorkshopFacilitator’s Guide Set, 4th Edition. In addition, astand-alone Facilitator’s Guide dedicated to multipleinnovative and effective activities is available, allowingtrainers, human resource professionals, and consultants tofacilitate learning opportunities for executives, managers, andaspiring leaders who want to refine their leadership skills. The LeadershipChallenge Values Cards can help any leader (or aspiring leader) toclarify the personal values, as well as shared values, that willguide them in all situations.
