Managing Organizational Behavior

The basic building blocks of organizational behavior, i.e., individuals, groups, organizations and processes are examined from the fundamental theories and concepts, to examples and guidelines, to the practical application of those theories in management. Current trends toward greater emphasis on ethics, social responsibility, quality of work life and productivity are incorporated.
