Pore Size Engineering in Zeolites

The science and technology of zeolites continue to develop rapidly, and the wide range of applications includes separation and recovery of gases, liquids and ions, catalysis and ion exchange. This book reviews the various modification techniques that may be used to vary, in a controlled way, the porosity of zeolites and related materials. Among the techniques discussed are modification by cation exchange process, modification by preadsorption of polar molecules, and modification of the zeolitic framework.
