Measuring Emotions in Infants and Children: Volume 2 (Cambridge Studies in Social and Emotional Development)

This volume complements and supplements Measuring Emotions in Infants and Children, edited by Carroll E. Izard, published in 1982, which gave new impetus to research on social and affective development. Since the appearance of the first volume, the number of psychologists interested in the central mediating role of emotional processes has increased, logical tools available to them as they pursue their studies has expanded. Measuring Emotions in Infants and Children, volume 2, will bring the field up to date. Chapter authors describe and critically analyze methods for the study of temperament, facial expression, psychophysiology, and emotion-cognition relationships.
