This volume covers developments and controversies in psycholinguistics and sets them in an historical context. It examines the main lines of classic and contemporary research, with possible implications for application. Everyday examples are used, and fundamental questions are approached from a variety of perspectives, including different theoretical positions, various research strategies and classical versus more contemporary research.
