Counselor Intern's Handbook

This book is a practical and succinct guide to all stages of the internship/practicum experience. The authors present a thorough overview of the subject that is general enough to be used throughout the country, even though states can be quite different in their requirements. The main author (Faiver) has supervised students in the field for more than 20 years, and has enlisted the help of a clinician (Eisengart) and a professional from one of the agencies that regularly serves as a placement site (Colonna). The combined experience of these three authors make this a book all students should have on hand during their internship experiences.
