California Government Today: Politics of Reform

Intended for the upper-division state-and-local government course entitled California Politics and Government. Also appropriate in the California component of the American Government course offered in all California state colleges, community colleges, and universities as a general education course. The text explores the reform in California politics and uses it to examine the most recent issues in state politics.
