Discovering Who You Are Wherever You Are

Are you running away from "listening" to your life? Sometimes, I do a small excerise. I close my eyes and think as far back as I can while attempting to bring to mind all the things I have gone through to bring me to where I am now. There are many wonderful memories; however, sometimes a memory of pain comes to mind. If I choose to listen to it and face it and work through it, I then learn my way through that stage. But, if I run from it, then I potentially miss what that stage was all about. This is a series of blogs that I wrote earlier this year while being furloughed from work. I have always wanted to write about my life experiences and how they changed me. My hope is that they will both encourage and challenge those who feel "stuck" in life.
