When Maggie, an Australian-German Shepherd, is given to Detective Jane Richards, her life changes as she finds herself involved in episodes of adventure, murder, intrigue... and romance. Jane is reluctant to leave her leisurely life of sailing the lakes in Las Vegas, Nevada, where her home and office is located.
