Mage War Under the Stairs

Once again, John Lyon, young Kansas City historian, must travel through the static electric tunnel under his hall stairs. At the other end? Another reality that John calls Band World. A dangerous place for a modern man who doesn't know the ins-and-outs of Band World's Medieval culture.

So why go back when he's faced near disasters in previous trips? For the only reason that makes sense: to rescue the woman he loves. Only to find traps set for him by his enemies and "friends." Berserker attack! And magic slaughter!
