The Adjustment

This is a story of a man who discovers a way to "Adjust" carburetors to recycle the unspent gasoline back through the carburetors and increasing efficiency by 500%. He is harassed by the major oil companies, Auto's Big Three, the U.S. Government and eventually by elements of the mafia. He finds help in Mexico and lures the Japanese car makers to Mexico to produce their autos and take advantage of the NAFTA Treaty.
