Traitors Beware: A History Of Robert Depugh's Minutemen

The Minutemen, under Robert DePugh's leadership, existed for a relatively short period of years during the 1960s. They were a viciously anti-Communist organization that believed a Communist invasion of the United States was imminent, most likely through internal subversion. The organization advocated extremist tactics in what they believed was going to be a guerrilla war against communism on American soil. Eventually the Minutemen's extreme nature and propensity for violence brought them to the attention of law enforcement.
