Report of the Commission to Assess the Threat to the United States from Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Attack

This is the 2008 in-depth report to Congress on the threat to the United States from an EMP. They conducted tests on equipment and vehicles and project what would happen if the U.S. was subjected to an EMP.
