Description

Praise for The Corridors of the Dead:

"This book is an intense and compelling read...characters are realistic and relateable. There are mysteries, enemies, and lies that keep this book exciting from beginning to end." -Kathy S, Kathy's Reviews

"These are not your grandma's angels...(they) are colorful and flawed, as are the human characters. (The book) is reminiscent of Roger Zelazny's Nine Princes in Amber, with a little of Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials thrown in...(he) shows a knack for characterization and a depth of imagination that makes him an author to follow." -Marie Loughin, author of Valknut: The Binding

Overview:

Punk rock artist Matty DiCamillo is unhappy with her life; stuck in a dead-end job, she dreams of something bigger, but doesn't expect it to arrive in the form of Delilah McKinley, a seemingly kind old woman who wanders into Matty's Circle K in the early hours of an average day. Soon Matty is drawn into a much larger world, one where angels walk the Earth and seek her out to thwart the plans of a demonic organization and protect the entire universe from an impending fate worse than death. Matty must learn to accept not only her extraordinary nature but the reality of destiny itself if she wants to save the people that she loves.
