Treehouse

Demons have chased Detective Henry Sauter since that fateful night when, as a rookie cop, he loosened the noose from a dead child's neck and lowered the limp body to the forest floor beneath the menacing door of a ramshackle treehouse. Now, more than two decades later, children are once again turning up dead beneath the same treehouse Sauter had torn down himself in the wake of the first child's death. Finally confonted by those persistent demons, Sauter finds himself in a life and death race to solve the recent murders before the next child ends up dangling from the noose.
