I was a kid in Brooklyn who spray painted on the side of trains. I have been creating art since I was eleven years old. Even today, my artwork and murals can be seen somewhere in Brooklyn or on an old train! "My absolute favorite art medium is to use is black shoe polish! Most of the works in the book were created with black show polish! One of my challenges with my artwork is self-portraits". Back in the 1980’s, Nena was an artist for Low Rider Magazine. Her artwork pseudonym/name was Teen Angel. She drew cars, people, scenery and many low riders!
