Is hell a place of eternal torment? This is a very important question. It has an impact greater than one might suspect. Now, the believer can either have a mental disposition that is receptive to truth, and so in this case, he will be able to understand fully the Bible, if correctly explained. However, the believer, who is motivated by subjective bias, preunderstanding, preconceptions, presuppositions, and a world-view of tradition, way one is raised, or church doctrine, will not accept the meaning, seeing it as foolish. These things can be set aside though, if the believer prays, and then acts in behalf of that prayer by reading WHAT DOES THE BIBLE REALLY SAY ABOUT HELLFIRE with an open mind.
