The Passers

1865: Virginia Beauregard scans the lists of Confederate dead searching for her husband’s name. “Please, God, take him in battle. Save me from this evil man.” The terrified girl, wife of General Elijah Beauregard, soon gets her wish, dying an an excruciating death while giving birth to the General’s child. 1974: Despite the unnatural deaths of family members over the last one-hundred years and rumors the house is haunted, Bessie McCambridge transforms Beauregard House into a bed-and-breakfast. Later, honeymooners Summer Williams and Mitch Brantley, staying one night at the B&B, awaken to find themselves in 1964. The couple travels back through time, generation-by-generation, until they’re facing the General himself… when he drives a fireplace poker through Mitch’s heart. Modern Day: The B&B has new owners who love the ghost stories and even bring in an actor to stage an exorcism. A new couple, Ginny and Daniel, running away together, book a room. Ginny begins to remember a dream she has had her entire life…this very house with a terrifying, dark, bearded-man watching her.
