Combined Companies Acts

The Acts have been revised by amending and deleting sections in each of the individual Acts to take account of subsequent legislation. It is not an attempt at a full consolidation which would group together the sections relating to a particular topic. It is hoped that the legislation presented in this format will be of benefit to practitioners and students pending the completion by the Department of its consolidating legislation
