The 7th International Conference on Laser Applications: ICLA 2009 (AIP Conference Proceedings / Atomic, Molecular, Chemical Physics)

The International Conference of Laser Applications (ICLA) is a biannual conference organized by the National Institute of Laser Enhanced Science (NILES), Cairo University. The present conference is the 7th in the series of such conferences. The topics covered by the conference include in addition to the fundamentals of lasers, its applications in many fields namely, the environment, medicine, biology, industry, material science etc. Scientists and researchers from Egypt and many countries representing the international scientific and technological community interested in lasers and its applications, participated in the conference and presented their research orally in invited or regular lectures. The papers presented at the conference have been carefully peer reviewed and finally 27 papers have been chosen for publication in the conference proceedings.
