Enabling Science and Nanotechnology: 2010 International Conference on Enabling Science and Nanotechnology (EsciNano2010) (AIP Conference Proceedings / Materials Physics and Applications)

Nanoelectronics, the major emphasis of these proceedings, have seen dramatic transformation as noted in a number of plenary and invited papers given. Molecular, polymer, and DNA electronics are alternate paradigms for nanoelectronics.
