A Spy in My Ointment

(1963) Assigned to construct a highly classified communications facility, Captain 'Flash' Gordon meets an East German 'Swallow.' Erna, a reluctant spy follows Herr Krug's orders. Krug further subverts an Air Force Inspector General. Unaware of Erna's clandestine work, Gordon falls in love with her. When Erna is unable to learn anything of consequence from Flash, Krug kidnaps Erna and hold her on a houseboat. The IG brings Flash to the houseboat. Krug wounds Erna in the arm. The noise alerts counter-intelligence officers who storm the houseboat. In the confusion the IG is killed and Flash kills Krug.
