We Pray: Living in God's Presence

Father Lukefahr examines various elements of prayer as well as attitudes and misconceptions many Catholics have about prayer. The book takes a brief look at prayer in both Old and New Testament times, how Jesus prayed, and prayer that is uniquely Catholic. It also discusses current trends and ways of practicing prayer that are developing in the Church and in small faith communities. The text follows the outline on prayer found in the fourth section of the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
