This book is a sequel to "On the Heights of Himalay." The publication of the current work was delayed due to the author's discovery of the existence of an order of occultists higher than that described in his earlier book. His investigations, made in the direction of this mysterious order, brought to his knowledge many momentous facts in connection with the origin of religious observances and their significance.
