Forgotten Soldiers: History of the 2nd Tennessee Volunteer Infantry Regiment (USA) 1861-1865

This is the story of one of many Southern units that fought for the preservation of the Union. This book is based almost entirely on primary sources such as the Official Records of the War of Rebellion and muster rolls in the National Archives. The first
