ICOD 2010: Proceedings of the International Conference on Optimization Design, Wuhan, China, March 18-20, 2010

The objective of ICOD 2010 was to provide a forum for researchers, educators, engineers, and government officials involved in the general areas of Optimization Design and Technology to disseminate their latest research results and exchange views on the future research directions of these fields. ICOD received 369 submissions. Ninety-nine papers were accepted and published in this proceedings.
