A Guide Book of United States Coins Professional Edition, 5th Edition

Whitman's expanded version of the best-selling Guide Book of United States Coins(known within the hobby as they "Red Book") is now available in a fully updated fifth edition. The 384-page volume, called the Professional Edition, is intended for intermediate and advanced collectors, numismatic researchers, professional coin dealers, auctioneers, and investors.

At 8.5 X 11 inches in size, the Professional Edition is 45% larger than the regular-edition Red Book. Its combination of more photographs, detailed higher-grade valuations, listing of additional varieties and rare early Proof coins, certified-coin population data, auction records, and other resources provides a wealth of information on every coin type ever made by the U.S. Mint.
