ASTM International Metalworking Industry Standards: Environmental Quality and Safety, Fluid Performance and Condition Monitoring Tests

Optimal selection and use of metalworking fluids depends on multiple factors, including raw material selection, fluid formulation, water quality, in-process fluid management and good industrial hygiene practices.
