The Guardian

Nine-year-old Janine Stearns and her family stop at a convenience store to buy ice cream. Moments later, a masked gunman walks in, robs the store, shoots the clerk, and, upon seeing the Stearns' BMW, kidnaps Janine. It is left to Ross Stearns, Janine's uncle and guardian, to rescue her.
