Collections for Young Scholars (Vol 4,Book 2)

As a Teacher's Aide in Anaheim, California, I have observed the teacher (my daughter) leading her 20+ students in a study format of this textbook. With its illlustrations and story content, it is excellent for leading the students into becoming truly deeply involved in the story. The teacher leads them through identifying the genre of each story and then prompts them with offering clues, problems and wonderings about each story. I am amazed as I observe the entire class becoming involved, interactive, and truly absorbing the story content.
